Feeling stuck in your current routine? Take your results to the next level with semi-private training sessions. Consisting of 2-3 clients only means that you get customised training programming and coaching to accelerate your individual goals. Great way for friends or family to train together.
Personal Traning
Looking for a way to reach your goals that is specifically tailored to your individual needs? One on one training can help get you there. We take a holistic approach to results by guiding our clients through the process and helping to educate, motivate and inspire them to be their best.
Team Training
Do you enjoy working out with others? Getting a sweat on while challenging yourself? Small group training is for you. With 4-8 clients working on getting fitter, stronger and more mobile in a group setting. Each session has a different focus from strength, boxing, cardio, mobility and functional training to deliver you results. Desgined for all fitness levels and abilities.
Nutrition Coaching
Is your nutrition not quite where it needs to be? We can help to coach and educate you towards making long term sustainable changes that will nourish your body with what it needs without making you give up the fun stuff. We believe in moderation, not deprivation. We utilise an Evolt 360 to generate specific nutrtion and macro detials. We teach you the how to.

I was nervous at first training with someone again. I have had a few different trainers/gym memberships over the years and knew what I needed in a trainer/studio to keep me motivated and on track with my goals. Beck is amazing, she is so in tune with her clients and how to get people moving/training correctly. The Vitality Project is a great place to workout in and Rebecca is a fantastic personal trainer and motivator. The premises are clean and have a variety of equipment to use during a workout.
