Pilates: Grounded
Foundation
Grounded is our calm, confidence-building entry point and where everyone begins. These sessions focus on breathing, alignment and core connection, helping you learn the fundamentals of Pilates properly and safely. For your first four weeks, attending one Grounded session each week is essential — strong foundations are what make Pilates truly effective.
Pilates: Build
Beginner
Build is where your Pilates practice starts to gain momentum. These sessions remain supportive while introducing more flow, strength and coordination, gradually increasing the challenge as your confidence and control grow. This is where you will truely start to build you practice.
pilates: Power
Intermediate
Power blends traditional Pilates with strength-focused training for a more dynamic session. Expect controlled, intentional movements that build muscle, improve stability and leave you feeling strong — with just the right amount of spice. You will start experience what your body is truely capable of.
Pilates: Elevate
Advanced
Elevate is our advanced Pilates session designed for those with a solid foundation and experience. These classes focus on precision, control and challenge, allowing you to refine your technique and take your Pilates practice to the next level. There will be no stopping you once you are here.
