I have been in the fitness industry since 2007, and I absolutely love being able to help my clients achieve their goals and more! Over the years I have developed many different skills and techniques to deliver support and knowledge to my clients. I coach and mentor my clients to help them be the best they can be. I pride myself on my ability to tailor sessions and programs to my individual client.
I advocate a healthy balanced lifestyle and would never expect my clients to do something that I don't personally practise myself, yes that includes a cheeky wine! I advocate moderation, not deprivation because our lifestyle needs to be flexible, realistic and sustainable for the long term.
Over the years I have been able to learn from so many different people from great PTs within the industry, leaders and pioneers within various health fields and various personal development coaches including Tony Robbins.
I am a wife and a mum and I strongly believe in having a balance in life, because we have to have the fun stuff too.

My goal as a personal trainer is not only to help my clients achieve their goals but to make long-lasting, positive lifestyle changes so that they can become the best version of themselves. I truly believe that the gym and fitness is for everyone, and it can make a positive difference in anyone's life, as it has made such a positive difference in my own life.

I have experience with many different types and styles of training, meaning I can help with all manner of goals, such as general weight loss, toning or adding muscle, increasing cardiovascular endurance, increasing strength/power, bodybuilding, and any sport specific training.

FITNESS COACH & PILATES INSTRUCTOR
Hi, I’m Shreya — a Personal Trainer and Pilates instructor who became a coach to be the instructor I never had.
I’m passionate about creating a welcoming, feel-good space where every body feels supported, no matter their experience or fitness level. Pilates is at the heart of my coaching style, with a strong focus on alignment, control, and mindful movement. I truly believe that form always comes first — because correct technique isn’t just safer, it’s transformative.
My approach is grounded in gentle consistency over anything unsustainable. Progress doesn’t come from extremes, but from moving well, showing up regularly, and building trust in your body. I’ll challenge you when you’re ready to grow, and support you when you need it most — finding the balance between encouragement and care. Expect sessions that feel empowering, supportive, and a little fun, with a coach who listens, meets you where you’re at, and helps you move better, not just more.

About Our Studio
The vision was simple... a functional training space that focused on clients needs, goals and results. A space that was inviting, easy to attend and a premium finish.
A great place to coach, mentor and educate our clients to live a life full of vitality.
We wanted to create a great community of like-minded people and provide them with a space that was small to help remove any intimidation, but large enough to be able to smash out a great sweat session. Wellness starts here!
